Refund policy

Refund Policy We offer a 30‑day return window on all orders. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. To start a return, contact us at support@itsphil.com with your order number and photos if applicable. Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
