Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ITSPhil. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery 1–2 business days
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $70

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations via DHL Express or USPS. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ITSPhil is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then email us at phillipmasonit@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
